About the lesson
I am a graduate student in counseling and have a 200-hour teacher training certification. I am interested in teaching yoga and the basic fundamentals of breathing, movement, and meditation. I hope to help people learn to accept themselves, think more positively and embrace who they are.
I teach a beginning level class, therapeutic and restorative. This will be a relaxing class and help with basic pains and tensions, relieving stress and stretching muscles, opening the psoas and illiosis, hips and giving space in the vertebrae.

I have taught some classes with 20-40 students and done private lessons. I have been teaching less than a year. I am a student of yoga for life and interested in helping people with movement and working as a life coach.
