About Brianna

I have been practicing yoga for 4 years and teaching for 2. I completed my 200 hr RYT training in Goa, India. I enjoy teaching the foundations or yoga and proper alignment for strength and breathe. It is my biggest reward when I see students growth and their stories of improvement.
