About Marissa
Our lessons start with a conversation to see what your pain points are if there are any. Then we move on to dynamic stretches, our practice comes next, and then we'll have longer stretches to finish. I will be observing range of mobility, balance, and strength to determine what kind of homework I should be giving you. The first lesson will be an hour and a half because of the first conversation, lessons after that are just an hour.

I help people regain mobility after an injury, after aging... Even during and after pregnancy. During our lessons, I like to give my students some homework for the week as I'm not there with you everyday. I look forward to working together! All levels welcome.
