Methodology
My teaching approach is to see what the class needs are teach from heart. My classes are fun and unique. Every class flow will always be different that way keeps you growing and learning in your practice. I’m here to guide you to better version of yourself.
Background
I have been practicing yoga for 8 years. Teaching for 3 years. I studied my 300 Hrs in India. There I learned Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga. Also did guided meditations called Yoga Nidra. I did my 200 Hrs with Core Power in Hollywood, there I learned Power Vinyasa.

Rate for online lessons : $2022/h
Rate for 5 hours of lessons : $200
Rate for 10 hours of lessons : $350

I understand life happens and if you need to cancel please do so within 24 hours notice. If shorter than 24 hrs notice cancel fee $10.
