Ten years ago I had a conversation. It was during a somewhat tremulous time for me, so a friend talked about what was happening. She said one sentence that changed my life. At the time she said it, the sentence meant something else. As I grew though, I began to see that it was a pivotal moment in my life because I need to be the one saying the life changing sentences. Incidentally, she become a Life Coach, and coincidentally, so did I.
As a Coach, I work with people to realize, optimize and actualize these epiphanies. Helping others move forward in their lives is a passion of mine. Whether it is through masterminds, my meticulously designed courses or breakthrough conversations - discovering that sentence, that life-changing moment is what my life is about.
