Methodology
My teaching method is instead of giving the answer to students, I'll guide them through the answer by redirecting the questions back to students and asking them a lot of related questions in order to create an answer key for that homework.
Background
I have been coaching for the Supplemental Instruction Program at El Camino College for 2.5+ years of experience. I lead peer-assisted study sessions for 30-50 students per class twice per week. I encourage students to contribute to the group discussion and foster them to express themselves in public.
