My teaching method is to start out with stretches, then run some laps to get warmed up , then do some drills to help the person with being good and healthy , then in between drills take breaks get a drink .
I am an athlete looking forward to teaching other people about being healthy and playing sports. When I was young my coach taught me how to be good at sports and be healthy and it inspired me to teach sports.
