About Niyi
My name is Niyi and I’m a London-based personal trainer with over 10 years of training experience. Fitness has been one of the most transformative disciplines in my life and shaped the mindset and work ethic I bring to everything I do.
While leading national justice projects and operating at a high professional level in the Prison Service, I also underwent my own fitness transformation. During this time I won awards at Buckingham Palace for my work in public service, and the discipline I developed through training played a major role in reaching those milestones.
Today I help clients apply that same discipline to transform their health, build strength and develop the confidence and habits that support success not only in the gym, but in their careers and everyday life.

Fitness has been the discipline that shaped my life. Through the structure and mindset built in training, I went on to lead national projects and win awards from HRH Princess Anne at Buckingham Palace for my leadership
Today I bring that same philosophy into my coaching. I work with busy professionals who want more than just a workout – they want structure, confidence and a body that reflects the discipline they bring to their careers.
My coaching focuses on building strength, losing fat and developing habits that translate into better performance both inside and outside the gym.
