I have extensive experience in teaching in urban schools. I have a JD, M.A. in urban education, B.S. in Criminal Justice and a Teaching Certificate. I have certification in Mediation and Conflict Resolution. I have taught English, Environmental Studies and History respectively for secondary learners 6th-12th grade. I have provided educational services in community based learning centers for over 15 years.


I have been leading with innovative education curriculums for over 15 years. I have served in the capacity of both administration and teaching for over 20 years. I have taught in urban and suburban schools across several states.

My strength in Community Development specialty derives from the rich and challenging cultural capital and organizational needs of clients. The services provided have included fund raising; marketing studies and asset mapping, community problem solving; internal staff conflict resolution; team and coalition building; social responsibility; proactive community based organization management; strategic planning; program development for youth and geriatric programs.
