About Parimal

I am 60 with over 35 years of cooking experience - cooking for me has bee a stress buster.
As a senior technical management person in world top telecom company i would return home late. The job was full of stress and cooking was a stress buster !!
I would return home at 9:00pm and get to cooking through till middle of the night - fully focused in achieving the fine balance of spices that is the hall-mark if Indian cooking.
I am at a level of maturity in cooking where i can look ata list of ingredients in a much touted recipe on the internet and tell you whether the host is just looking for page hits or actually has the right ingredients. Not just that i can look at the instructions and help you modify them to actually create a tasty dish...
...cooking is not just about the ingredients but also about how each one is treated and in which order to create your dish of choice.

I have 35 years of experience cooking various Indian cuisines as a foodie.
I can show you how to cook original recipes of India with orinal spices and heat

AND

If you want, I can teach you how to moderate the spices so that you get the same mouth-watering explosion of flavors on your palette yet keep the heat to your specific tolerances

Choose your favorite state in India and I will teach you the best dishes from there

OR

Choose your favorite meat/vegetable/combination and i will teach you how it is cooked in different states of India

OR

Maybe you have a list f dishes that you want to learn...

You know the basics but your cooking is just not measuring upto the class - learn the art of delicate balancing of spices and effect of frying/roasting and mixing the spices to get that exclusive flavor that's eluding your dishes.
