My teaching technique is highly malleable to fit the unique needs of learning style of each individual student. I emphasize a positive-growth mindset, and my goal is to first lead students to the correct thought-process instead of simply leading them to the correct answer.
I have been giving private tutoring lessons since I was only a sophomore in high school. Every one of the over 20 students I tutored experienced an improvement in their grades after consistent lessons. I have practical experience in my field as well, as I worked in both the chemistry and biology labs of a pharmaceutical company for 3 years.
