Methodology
My teaching approach is firm yet fair. Firstly, I ascertain what my client wants to get out of each lesson and base my approach around their goals. I believe in working closely with the material my students are given by their schools to ensure that they perform their very best at school. By doing this, what is said in the tutoring lesson is reinforced at school and vice versa. I also believe in using a range of media such as games, videos and stories to keep the lessons interesting and informative.
Background
I am college student whose favourite subject is English. I am completing my associates degree this semester and am transferring to UTD. I have tutored six students over the past year and take a patient yet firm approach to tutoring. While I may be young, I feel that this gives me the advantage as I can still clearly remember school-level English and the techniques I used to get A's.

Chloe has been tutoring our son for the past year. She is a warm, friendly and dedicated tutor. She doesn't shy away from dealing with his teenage sloth phase! She kept him motivated and interested in the subject. She is great at adhering to deadlines and even encouraging our son to read up on topics outside of his curriculum.
I would recommend Chloe over anybody else, because she is such an energetic, positive influence on her students.
