About the lesson
I have two graduate degrees in psychology and counseling. I have run women's groups and parenting groups for 19 years. Certified counselor, teacher and professional writer with three books on Amazon. I am now doing an online/zoom women's group that has 190 women from Australia, Canada, England and across the USA. I am comfortable with groups and individual sessions. While I have been doing live counseling and group work for many years, the last two years, due to COVID, I am working mainly on zoom, and doing remote sessions. I like it. It is more comfortable to be at home and relaxed. I am warm, friendly, compassionate and smart. I have wonderful recommendations and I am sure I can help you.

I am a certified counselor, teacher and writer. I am funny, irreverent, a born and bred New Yorker now residing in Florida but go home often. I am lived in Europe where I still have family, in Italy, Morocco and in in four states. I have wonderful young adult children, great friends and many interests from art, music, travel, film and books. I am an avid hockey fan and soccer fan. I love to cook and I really am an excellent cook. I love helping people rewrite their lives, learn to be a bit more "healthy selfish" and just have more fun. An OK life is not good enough.
