I'm a certified fitness trainer and I'll help you to achieve your desired physique.

Methodology

The training method varies from person to person depending on the health and strength. Starting from analysing the person's diet, schedule, strength and day to day activities.

My training method contains a cross-combination of body weight exercises such as cross-fit, aerobics, interval training, weight training, plyometric training, brazilian Capoeira workout, etc.

Apart from providing the virtual workout session, I do provide workout schedules, diet plan for weight loss and weight gain, regular check-ins over the person. This not only helps to build strength and stamina but also helps to maximize the results.

I make sure to provide the utmost focus on results. This helps to get the improvement in a short period of time.

I'm having the experience of 3 years as a personal trainer. I love to keep myself as well as others fit.

After completing the courses ( advanced fitness trainer, special population, advanced nutritionist, strength and stamina ), now I'm aiming for master trainer to get certified as ACE, NASM.

My main specialisation as a personal trainer is weight loss, weight gain, muscle strengthening and body pump.

Apart from this, I'm a professional footballer played on state level, a freerunner, a calis-athlete, a marathon runner.

A well knowledged, detailed, on point and a worthy teacher. I really appreciate how he focuses on the results and make sure to maximise it as well.
I was around 90 kgs in weight as because I'm doing WFH, didn't got the chance to look at my health and fitness.
I thought that virtual workout can't be done. But now , I guess the table turned over and I was wrong.
I'm still so happy that I indulged into my healthy life once again. Lost almost 13 kgs in around 3 months, I would love to post photo here but not getting option.

Tell us more about your subject. How did you develop an interest in this field?
Tushar β€” The subject is Fitness. Nowadays, in this modern era, I see that people are engaged so much in their work that they are unable to be fit and keep a healthy lifestyle. To overcome this, I started to teach about fitness and helping everyone to achieve their fitness goals.
Back in 2015, when I started football, I also started taking interest in all types of sports activities through which to keep myself fit and healthy. From 2015 to now, I learned a lot about fitness as well as the factors which affects fitness too.
I learned MMA , calisthenics , free-running , football , bodybuilding , etc.

What or who is the motivation behind you choosing to teach & why?
Tushar β€” My biggest motivation in my life is my self-confidence. I remembered, back in 2017, I used to be very slim ( weight around 30kg ), having an ugly face with a short height. Wherever I go everyone made fun of me, even my friends and cousins too. I was very poor that time and got into depression as well.
But one day, I prepared my mind that I'll work hard as much as possible and will become the game changer. And I did exactly as what I thought, I worked hard, started going to gym 2 times in a day. Pushed myself to the limits, started lifting heavy weights, etc. After that, I loved the results I got of my hardwork. Then I started to teach people as well. My dream is to help everyone to achieve their fitness goals so that the hard times I faced should not be face by anyone else.

How does your work help society?
Tushar β€” Back in 2019, When I started to teach people about fitness. Firstly, I used to teach offline, in parks usually at free of cost.
I started to see the results of my teaching. After that, I started to teach in a nearby gym. When things going pretty good for me, then the pandemic occurred. Because of lockdown, I was unable to gave classes. That was a heart breaking moment for me.
But I didn't quit, I started to teach online via websites, or social media apps like Instagram. I saw that teaching online is a good idea as it prevents the threat of the pandemic.
Now, I'm creating a blog about fitness to aware everyone about the need of being fit. Also, I'm going to start a fitness page on my Instagram and help the people all over the world to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

If you had to think of a role model for your work, who do you think of & why?
Tushar β€” My biggest role model of my life is my father. The main reason is that when everyone stood against me, he was the one who was standing with me. He works 14 hours a day just to give the things to me, that he was unable to get that from their father. I also work hard and make sure that I'll make him proud.

Tushar β€” Outside teaching, my main hobbies are :
listening to music, bike riding, bodybuilding, playing football, etc. Also, I'm a state level footballer.

Do you have an anecdote to tell us about your student or professional life?
Tushar β€” Teaching is the main hobby. My schedule is a hustle/mess which I love to follow. Waking up 5 in the morning for gym, then doing job , teaching students after that taking sessions. Also, I'm a student doing my graduation.
Remember, it's you who makes or breaks you. So, investing the time in the right place is what makes a person smart.
And I pretty agree what Rock said, " doing 9 to 5 and after that, not working on your dream it means that you are not working hard, you are uninspired."
