The training method varies from person to person depending on the health and strength. Starting from analysing the person's diet, schedule, strength and day to day activities.
My training method contains a cross-combination of body weight exercises such as cross-fit, aerobics, interval training, weight training, plyometric training, brazilian Capoeira workout, etc.
Apart from providing the virtual workout session, I do provide workout schedules, diet plan for weight loss and weight gain, regular check-ins over the person. This not only helps to build strength and stamina but also helps to maximize the results.
I make sure to provide the utmost focus on results. This helps to get the improvement in a short period of time.

After completing the courses ( advanced fitness trainer, special population, advanced nutritionist, strength and stamina ), now I'm aiming for master trainer to get certified as ACE, NASM.
My main specialisation as a personal trainer is weight loss, weight gain, muscle strengthening and body pump.
Apart from this, I'm a professional footballer played on state level, a freerunner, a calis-athlete, a marathon runner.
