About Lav
Hey, This is Lav Babbar & I am avCertified nutrition consultant ,Certified Personal trainer and Black belt in Taekwondo.
I want to share my expertise in martial arts because i saw there were many students who starts there martial arts training but after some injuries they just quit And I used to feel that because of their pain, they forget why they started this journey?
So, I have decided that I will introduce children to martial arts in such a way that they do not have any injuries, and if there are, then they should be minimized.
