I specialize in weight loss, building foundational strength, body composition improvement, athletic performance, and more. I provide lessons to all ages and fitness levels. These can be done virtually as consultations, evaluations, or live workouts. They can also be done in person as one on one/group training sessions.
I am a personal trainer certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and I also have a bachelor's degree in exercise science. I have worked with wide variety of clients to improve their health, wellness, and fitness. Personally, I have been formally involved in organized sports and fitness for years.
