I'm a very friendly and thorough tutor. Each lesson would start with a quick theory section about the topic we would be covering, followed by some guided examples as we slowly remove the 'training wheels' per say, before you become more independent and confident on these topics. We will go as quick as possible, but the speed of each lesson will obviously depend on the grasp you have on the topic :)
I am a chemical engineering student from the University of Toronto. I grew up in Windsor, and have been tutoring math, chemistry, and physics since grade 11. I've done it for a long time, and all the students I have taught have had success either through increased grades, better standardized test scores, etc.
Ultimately, I focus on giving a condensed theory section to learning topics, and focus on allowing you to try applying the tough technical concepts found in these courses. I find this often helps you in problem solving, and will let you learn the theory gradually, rather than having it spewed on you for an extended period of time
