I am a Geneticist. I have been working in both clinical and research Labs.I also helped students (teaching new techniques). My future focus will be Genomic Data analysis (interpretation) and teach students part-time Globally.

I will use different teaching methods or styles depending on the students, and the lesson I am teaching. Some students are slow learners while others do not have motivations. Some students may have some exposure to the lesson I am teaching while others see it for the first time. Therefore, I need to adjust my teaching style depending on the students learning style and background.
However, my teaching Philosophy or style is to motivate and teach each student problem solving, collaboration, inquiry, discussion, and teamwork.
