About Katerina
I am a high school graduate pursuing a bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Aerospace Engineering. I have given private lessons for the past three years where they have improved their skills and grades dramatically. I have achieved great results in the subject, math, from Algebra to Calculus and I wish to share my knowledge to future students and help them succeed.

My teaching methodology is that I like to see what students have problems in topics that are covered in the tutoring sessions. To do this, I give students a test on the topics that need to be discussed and the problems that are wrong, I decide to direct the focus of the tutoring sessions to those sessions but still going over the other topics so that the student is getting s full understanding of the material being reviewed. I like to be interactive with students by asking questions concerning their topics and if they are OK with the material after each example so that I can feel assured that the student is understanding the material. I love it when students ask questions and to keep reassuring them that I am there to help them and not to be afraid.
