College Graduate from Bachelors of Science in Computer Engineering from Virginia State University
I took and tutored Algebra and Geometry, Trigonometry, Calculus, Discrete Math, Finite Math, Linear Algebra, Discrete Structures, and Differential Equations
I tutor using textbooks and notes as reference but I create problems and examples on real world situations or based on student interests
We will go over problems step by step in different ways, then you will also have these notes to take with you after the session
I started providing tutoring as a High School student after School under the supervision of my teacher in 2007. I continued helping other students until I graduated High School in 2009. After starting college shortly after that, I began tutoring students on-campus in 2010 and that expanded to helping students after-school in the community in 2011.
I have taught at least 20 students through reference and about 200 students overall because of prior volunteer work, company work, and being involved in the classroom.
I was able to see students gain the knowledge in session and see those results in their quiz and test grades.
