I teach anybody at the level of "college student filling out their prerequisites or requirements" and below. That means college level algebra, biology, chemistry, etc. as well as anything below, including AP or IB courses. My approach is ideally individualized, since every student is unique to some degree, though I do have experience in group lessons. I try to understand how the individual student understands the problem, and tailor a method of re-learning it in a way that allows them to easily understand and please the grader, even if it ends up seeming unorthodox.
I am a student at Florida State University. While my major is in Spanish, I have also completed many requirements needed for Biochemistry. Most of my tutoring experience was in High school, although I have engaged in off-the-record tutoring sessions for people in and out of my classes. Some of the things people have said about me include "he helps me see [the subject material] in a new way that I can understand," and "this guy's the only reason I'm passing my classes now."
