Life is a learning experience, so if something appears that I do not know, I will research it and explain it in simple words. My plan is to test my student on his/her foundations in math and to work from the ground up on what is lacking by making relevant analogies and creating problems of increasing difficulty.
I am new to giving official lessons for a fee. However, I have been helping my teacher explain material to my classmates since I was a middle school student. I did give voluntary lessons during my senior year of high school though to raise ACT scores.
I have completed high school with a 5 on the AP Calculus AB exam with a solid foundation in geometry and algebra. I am currently enrolled at ETSU in Johnson City as a Math major concentrated in Computational Applied. I have no real work experience related to that as of yet.
