Methodology

My teaching approach includes hands on experience as well as visual tools and auditory cues. I know different students learn different ways, and I am adaptable in teaching in multiple ways. I base my classes on each student's background, learning style, and student/parent expectations.

Background

I have been cooking and baking since childhood. I began with cooking and baking lessons in 4H as a child and have continued to learn into adulthood. I have also completed a cake decorating course and have sold decorated cakes for birthdays and weddings.
