I approach teaching as a team effort and like to create individualized study plans with students. I am very comfortable working with High School and College level students in a variety of mathematical principals including (but not limited to) Pre-Algebra, Algebra, Geometry, and, of course, Statistics and Data Science. For more advanced statistics students I can also tutor in R and SAS. I live in Friendswood but work in the Medical Center so I can meet students in most of the Houston metro, based on scheduling.
Current researcher/data scientist at MD Anderson Cancer Center about to begin working on my PhD in Biostatistics and Data Science at the University of Texas - Houston. Recently moved to Houston from New Orleans, Louisiana where I ran a large epidemiological research program for a major pharmaceutical company. Prior to that I taught Health Education courses through the Texas Department of State Health Services.
