Methodology

My teaching method is hands on and answering while taking all questions. In lessons that are pre recorded I’ll use my family as an audience and they will ask the questions everyone wants answered. It is a straight forward interactive class.

Background

Former Insurance Defense Attorney /mother of three teenagers/learned to cook starting as a young teen assisted in catering and prep cook for family wine bar. All lessons are prepared within 35 minutes aimed at family tastes but with a touch of sophistication
