About Tia

My interest in economics developed from observing how financial decisions affect businesses, communities, and national development. This curiosity encouraged me to pursue higher education in economics, eventually completing a Bachelor’s degree in the subject. During my studies, I discovered that explaining economic ideas to others helped deepen my own understanding. That experience inspired me to focus on teaching.

Over the past 8 years, I have worked with students who want to understand economic principles for academic exams and general knowledge. Many students initially feel confused by graphs, models, and technical terms. My approach is to simplify these ideas and connect them with everyday experiences. When learners see how economics relates to daily decisions, the subject becomes easier to understand and more interesting to study.

Outside teaching, I enjoy reading about global markets, financial policies, and economic trends. Following current events helps me bring relevant discussions into my lessons. Teaching economics allows me to help students develop critical thinking skills while understanding how financial systems influence society. Supporting learners as they gain confidence in analyzing economic ideas is one of the most satisfying parts of my teaching work.

About the lesson

Economics becomes clearer when students understand how everyday decisions connect with larger financial systems. In my lessons, I explain how individuals, businesses, and governments interact within an economy. We begin with the basic ideas of supply, demand, and resource allocation. Once students understand these concepts, they can better analyze how prices change and how markets respond to different conditions. I use simple examples such as buying products, running businesses, or government policies to explain economic principles in an understandable way.

As lessons continue, students explore topics such as market structures, economic growth, inflation, and international trade. I guide learners through graphs, case studies, and discussion so they can see how economic theories apply to real situations. Practice questions and scenario analysis help students strengthen their reasoning and interpretation skills. By examining real economic events, students develop a deeper understanding of how economies function in the modern world.

Through consistent study, learners begin to see how economic ideas influence personal financial choices, national policies, and global markets. Understanding economics helps students become more thoughtful decision-makers in daily life. My goal is to help learners build strong analytical skills while developing a balanced perspective on economic issues. With clear explanations and steady practice, students gain confidence in studying and applying economic concepts.
