English teacher of 23 years who has written and published fiction and non-fiction.

Methodology

My teaching method is primarily student-based; each learner is unique and that is what I accommodate. I believe each student has a very unique style of learning. Some are very visual; some are "hands-on"; some are good listeners. Whatever the particular style, I find and utilize it so that the student can learn.

Background

BA English Literature from Fordham University in New York City. MA Secondary English from State University of New York at New Paltz. 23 years teaching high school English in New York and Florida. 2 years teaching "Comp" 101/102 for Stone Ridge Community College.
