About the lesson

I am a high school graduate of the class of 2017 in Scranton, Arkansas and I was among the first students at my school to pass the AP English Exam. I took English Composition I and II as a high school senior and passed with a high A. I am especially efficient in writing, proofreading, and formatting essays and citations of various forms, but MLA is what I have the most experience with. I will help you learn from your mistakes in your writing. You will learn how to avoid making those mistakes in the future, such as on other essays or in standardized test scenarios.

About Emily

I have been an English tutor for two years, but I have always helped students at school. I have helped upwards of forty kids with English-related problems. Essays that I format and proofread are usually a letter grade higher than other essays previously submitted by a student.
