I am a motivated person, adept at helping students get better grades and meet their academic goals — patient, hardworking, detail-oriented, collaborative, and proactive professional with strengths in communication skills. Most importantly, I enjoy helping students solving any subject concerns and becoming more confident about their knowledge. I am fully aware that each of us may have different learning styles, so I will always make my effort to adjust and structure the sessions that match student's needs. It is crucial to keep in mind what seems to work for one person might not work for another. I worked with many different range ages students from elementary school to college level, even with adult students who have been out of school for such a long time then decide to go back to pursue another degree. I love keeping my students engaged, stay motivated, as well as seeing them gain confidence. Students' understanding is always my top priority. Before each session starts, I may ask what part or topic students want to work on to better prepare for examples, patterns, or things like that. The majority of my lessons will be conducted online. Sometimes, I do tutor in person if the location is within my travel radius.
