soy amante de los deportes desde pequeña practique gimnasia, atletismo, voleibol y basquetbol y luego decidí impartir clases de gimnasia y ya tengo tres años que empecé como entrenadora, le he dado clase ya a mas de 200 niños y unos 100 adultos. En lo que me caracterizo es que he logrado que adultos y niños obtengan fuerza y flexibilidad en un tiempo sorprendente y son cosas que me hacen sentir muy feliz.

soy una entrenadora que trata de sacar lo mejor de cada uno de sus alumnos, doy clases para todas las edades, personales y grupales, me adapto a la necesidad o situación del alumno. si existe alguna persona con alguna lesión u otra situación física y quiere ejercitarse, le podría decir y mostrar ejercicios adecuados sin lastimarse, si tienen algún problema motor también le puedo ayudar, he trabajado con edades desde los 1 1/2 hasta los 50, así que si puedo trabajar con todas las edades, solo me explican su situación y los ayudo con gusto.
