I deveoped and taught two programs one called "Surviving The Inner City" for Teens and young adults which has been ongoing since the 1990's. I also developed and taught a second program with provides rewards and incentives to students and neighborhood kids in exchange for academic achievement after I have given them memory techniques and after they demonstrate learned positive behaviors taught during lessons. I've also worked in Inclusion classrooms and taught Reading for two years during which our class excelled in testing scores above all others in this school.
I have obtained a Master's in ESE and maintained an A average during this 2 year online program. I was invited to join the honor society. I've worked one year in Reading and with another teacher achieved the distinction of having the most students to improve and acquire the highest test scores in the school in 2013 accomplished through speed drills, memory formulas and reading manual flash card techniques in the inclusion classroom.
