I give lessons to beginners looking to improve their fitness and general health. All my lessons are body weight workouts, and need no equipment except for a yoga mat, and I tailor all my lessons to each person individually!
I am currently a university student and a cross country and track and field athlete. I have experience leading exercise groups and one-on-one, and I am very passionate about fitness and helping others find the path that help them best!
