Methodology
I adjust my style for different individuals based on specific needs as well as how to utilize exercises from different sports. The key is communication, understanding my clients needs and goals and tailoring a program to them that allows them to work on their own and with me.
Background
I have 10 years coaching multiple sports, both boys and girls, at a high school level, including baseball, volleyball and soccer. I have coached and played with former pro and college athletes, and not only did I learn drills and exercises from them, I learned how to adjust my style for different individuals based on specific needs as well as how to utilize exercises from different sports.
Rates
Details
I am willing to offer shorter sessions as well at $30/30min. Group sessions add $20/person, so a lesson for a pitcher and catcher together would be $60, as an example. A full team would be $100/hr, negotiable for multiple sessions.
