Fitness coach to help you build your journey of becoming an all-round athlete.

Methodology

Combination of me teaching you and you learning on your own. If you change your own habits and thought process, it will stick and you will go further than you thought you could. I will be there, whenever you need me and I will keep you accountable. However, at the end I want you to go kick ass on your own!

Background

With a background of multiple sports I have become a coach focusing on helping other to become everyday athletes. Grew up playing ice hockey, dancing, swimming, wind-surfing and later doing triathlon. The past 4 years I have spent predominantly in the gym along side outdoor sports and bagging munros. I believe that technique comes first and goals are reached in small steps. Slow is smooth, smooth is fast. I am here to care about you and be there to guide you through the steps of reaching your potential, and going beyond.

• Aberdeen Sports Village – Personal trainer. May 2019 – present
Job includes Person Training, gym floor interaction and delivering various classes. Classes include stretch workshops, spin classes, high intensity interval training, MetCon and weightlifting classes. I created an Introduction to Functional Fitness course, which I delivered in 8 sessions spread throughout a month – teaching the group bodyweight movements, squat/press/deadlift, KB and DB movements, rowing and running technique, mobility work and planning workouts. Course was a success and ran twice prior 2020 lockdown.
• Aberdeen Sports Village – Gym Attendant. November 2018 – April 2019
Job included gym floor interaction, inducting new members and teaching classes.
• Foodstory Cafe – Head Supervisor. April 2018 – December 2018. Managing the café and working as a barista. Part of the job was training new staff and doing various administrative tasks.
