About Iris

I developed a passion for French language and culture early, which led me to pursue a Bachelor’s in French Language and Literature. Over 6 years of teaching, I have helped learners at all levels gain confidence, fluency, and cultural understanding. My method combines structured lessons with interactive practice, providing a supportive and engaging environment for growth.

I emphasize practical communication, allowing students to practice speaking, listening, reading, and writing in realistic scenarios. Lessons include cultural references, media, and storytelling to make learning engaging and memorable. Students are encouraged to actively participate, explore the language creatively, and embrace mistakes as part of the learning process.

Outside teaching, I immerse myself in French literature, films, and culture to enrich lessons with authentic materials. Watching learners transform from hesitant speakers into confident communicators is deeply rewarding. My mission is to help students develop lasting fluency, cultural insight, and a love for the French language.

About the lesson

French lessons become truly enjoyable when learners actively use the language in meaningful contexts.
