I approach each class on a case by case basis. Don’t like jumping? Cool we won’t jump! Have a phobia of gyms? Well we don’t need them. I want to make this a lifestyle change not just some fad diet that leaves you angry and in a worse shape.
I am a recovering food addict. At one time, I weighed 325lbs and now I am 195 lbs. I did this all naturally with the help of healthy good food and practical workout. I love to mix up work outs and enjoy running, HIIT, HIITHOP and circuits!
