I have completed my Masters' and am looking forward to do my PhD in USA. Before doing so, I want to invest my time teaching and sharing my knowledge to students who have an inner potential but are unaware of it due to external pressure.

My approach is pretty simple. Motivate the student to build interest in any subject by presenting it in a manner compatible to his/her thought process. Once a sync is established, the next target is gradually improving the thought pro. I do not believe that there is a bad student. All it takes to create a bright student is infusing self confidence in him/her until they no longer need external help.
