Methodology

I teach all levels online, using a free, popular, trusted online service. This is including for the very beginner. I teach students including Silicon Valley engineers. While my lessons are structured, they are also student-centered and relaxed using the student's own vocabulary and accent to teach them.

Background

I have presented many ESL lessons to adults for 7 years. Previously I was an English teacher. I have taught hundreds of students in both daily conversation and business English with many improving in speaking and listening skills.

Rates

Rate for online lessons : $15/h

Rate for 5 hours of lessons : $65

Rate for 10 hours of lessons : $130

Details

Cancellation / Makeup Lesson Policy: If a lesson is not cancelled by 5:00 pm, Pacific Standard Time, the day before the scheduled lesson day, it is a Late (billable) Cancellation and will be charged the full one hour lesson rate.
If a lesson is is cancelled before 5:00 pm the day before the lesson, the student will be allowed a makeup lesson (unbillable at that time). They will be billed when the makeup lesson is completed.
The makeup lesson has the same rules as a regular lesson for cancellation, but no makeup lesson for a makeup lesson.
They must makeup the lesson by the end of the next month or it is lost.
Students will only be allowed makeup lessons per month by this formula - Lesson(s) per week = number of makeups per month. Example: 1 lesson per week = 1 makeup per month; 2 lessons per week = 2 makeups per month.
