I have been an urban school educator for the past twenty-six years.

Methodology

My teaching method is to follow the lead of my students. Depending on the ability of the students, I adjust my teaching to reach all of the students. Some work, such as math and science, can be more easily to get students on the same page.

Background

I am a teacher for grades k-12. I have also worked as an Assistant Principal and Principal for grades Pre-K to 12. When I left the school system, I worked for 6 years with at RISK middle and high school students who wanted to receive their HiSET degree.
