My name is Heitor, I'm Brazilian and I live in Brazil, I have a degree in physical education since 2012, I have a black belt and kung fu master, I was vice-world champion in kung fu in 2012 in the city of Huangshan - China I'm 39 years old and I'm here to help you find your best physical shape, lose weight and have a better quality of life!
