Methodology

Recently attended a Gold Medal Squared Coaches clinic and we focus on learning the skilll by doing and game-like drills when working with groups. Individually u assess where the player is at and design lessons to get them to where they want to be in the game. I also believe that I need to leave the athlete better than I find him or her, and teach them a little something about gratitude and life along the way!
