Methodology
My teaching approach with me to evaluate the students on their first session and see where they are. From there I would make a plan design for each student to better their academic success. This will help ensure that every student is taught how they know best to learn.
Background
Hello everyone typic it and I am certified in child care. In addition I have two years experience working in a public school classroom for kindergarten. Further, I have helped second through third graders with online learning in areas needed. With that being said I have worked with all types of students including students who have learning disabilities or struggle with different academic subjects.
