About the lesson
I am a current high school and former college instructor who has taught a variety of academic subjects at both levels including: American Studies, British Literature, Comparative Government and Politics, Creative Writing, English, European History, Greek and Roman Mythology, Humanities and Western Civilization, US Government and Politics.
I work hard to keep a student-centered focus and rely on lectures, videos, and popular culture in my lessons.

About Nic
I have been teaching at either the collegiate or high school level for the better part of the last two decades. I spent approximately ten years teaching on the college level and the last six years at college preparatory school. I have taught students from 9th grade to upperclassmen in college.
I am also a newspaper columnist with over ten year's experience writing a column for a local newspaper and have served as a journalism sponsor for a high school paper.
