My experience with writing, history, and civics is best suited to high schoolers and early college students. I took a number of AP courses in high school, and am well suited to tutoring for DBQs and other AP Test styles. It is important to believe in what you are writing, so I encourage students to feel confident about their topic and thesis, as well as creating strong outlines, before beginning papers.
I am a recent graduate of Northeastern University with a degree in History and minors in Law and Public Policy and International Affairs. I want to inspire students by showing them that history and civics is more than names and dates on a page. I was also the recipient of tutoring help when I was in high school and want to give back the help I was given.
