My teaching method involves live one-on-one yoga, coaching, meditation, and cooking lessons delivered in person or online via zoom. With weekly training modules that will help women lose 10-50 pounds, reset their gut health, and balance their hormones. I provide my clients with the tools necessary to restore their health, but it is up to them to implement them.
I am a certified Yoga Instructor with over 1,000 hours of yoga teacher training and experience from around the world. Recently developed an 8 week program that helps women lose weight, balance hormones and reset gut health naturally. My program involves weekly training training modules, coaching, yoga, meditation, and cooking classes.
