Methodology
My teaching method is to develop individualized lesson plans to help students form effective study strategies and acquire test-taking skills. I assess whether the student is a visual, auditory, or tactile learner so that I can personalize their education. In addition to teaching the subject material, I think it's important to provide positive encouragement throughout sessions and before exams.
Background
I graduated from Brandeis University (May ’19), magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and minor in Chemistry. As an undergraduate, I was a Teachers Assistant and tutor for various college-level science courses. In addition, I was a volunteer for Spectrum, which offers one-on-one tutoring and mentorship opportunities for children with disabilities.
