Methodology
My first priority as a yoga instructor is to guide a sequence that is safe for your body, and concurrently, I maintain this because I guide my students with compassion and intuition. My sequences are executed with clarity and infused with wisdom and assurance. In doing so, I fulfill my aim to offer new insights of the body, of the mind, and of the universe to curious minds of all varieties.
Background
I teach Vinyasa yoga from beginner to advanced. The studio that I earned my teaching certificate from held the highest standards and passed down not only passion but also a deep understanding of the physiology of the body. I initiated yoga classes on an organic berry farm in a sheltered community where I was able to bring yoga to individuals who had never been able to practice it before. When the summer session was finished, my students came back to me asking if I would teach them more classes.
