Ciao, come stai?
If you would like to know what I just wrote, well, I can definitely teach you!
I have lived in Italy for over 8 years and I have also received my minor in Italian. When I teach, I like to make it visual, not just verbal. I like for my students to really get involved in what I'm teaching while still having fun. I like to use movies and music as a tool to learn and to understand any language. Because the more you hear it, the more you will remember.
By living in Italy for 8 years, and attending school there, I was able to become and advanced Italian speaker. I have studied Italian for 4 semesters as a college student.
While studying to Italian, I have taught many fellow classmates and helped my instructor with presentations and speeches.
I deem Vilma trustworthy for this role, because thanks to her my little brother, learned to speak Italian, he was born in Italy and moved to the United States at a very young age and ended up forgetting it. Vilma was raised between the mountains of the beautiful Italian Alps and was as a consequence exposed to the best Italian education and had the opportunity to immerse herself in the culture after spending over 9 years in this charming country. Needless to say she is fluent in speaking and writing Italian.
It is because of her patient and thorough teaching that she was able to educate my brother. Vilma took a lot of time during her day to come up with fun exercises and methods to teach him Italian. Thanks to her well organized and prepared lessons, my brother learned the language very quickly with the proper verbiage and grammar rules.
Vilma is also known for always being the go to classmate, as she is always willing to help others learn if they don't understand the subject at hand, she always make sure to pay attention and learn as much as she can as she prides herself in helping others and she is dedicated to learning.
Thank you Vilma for being such a wonderful teacher, although it may come natural to you, educating others is challenging task and with you understanding the importance of it, you have done a fine job at transmitting your passion for teaching and education to others.
The first thing that I would say about Vilma is that she is an amazing teacher for her patience and strive for excellence. Her demeanor is of a friend while helping you understand Italian.
