I have studied arts for 15years. This includes training mentally, physically, psychologically, and emotionally, to constantly be pushing for better performance. Nutrition and healing, along with control and connection with one's self through-and-through, are the main focuses of the gain and confidence I have achieved.
Never have I studied or trained to a master's level in any single general form of martial arts. I believe that true connection with one's self is where less the pinnacle of performance per each individual.
My goal is to help others achieve their own self potential, rather than they be limited by generic forms of arts.
