About Karla

I have written self-help books in an effort to help people overcome addictions to negative thinking, depression, food, drugs, and even relationships. I obtained a masters degree in Organizational Development and Leadership. I also have a Bachelor's degree in Applied Studies and Organizational Leadership. A large portion of my degree required me to learn emotional intelligence, personality types, leadership styles, and neuroscience as it relates to the brain and as it relates to destroying bad habits.

I customize my classes to meet the specific needs of my students. I appreciate and celebrate the fact that because all people are unique, my approach as a teacher must also be unique to them. I do not believe in a cookie cutter approach when it comes to teaching because I appreciate and celebrate the differences that make you unique. The way that one person learns is not the way that another person may learn. My goal is to figure out your personality type and then explain things in a way that will click for you. I am patient and willing to explain things in different ways until you get it. I will not give up on you because I believe that there is hope for everyone. No exceptions!
